"Effet wahou quand on découvre les lieux. À part ceci, le wifi ne marche pas et nous redirige vers un portail sur lequel on ne peut pas se connecter. Le lit de la 1ere chambre était cassé. Les poubelles des précédents invités n’étaient pas vidés et le bidon d’eau était vide à notre arrivé. Prestation pas à la hauteur de l’attente pour le tarif. Afin de tenir la promesse, il faudrait être plus minutieux sur les details"

I was happy to find the accommodation was exactly as advertised. During my stay Mark provided great local information and was also kind enough to show me around the local, and surrounding areas. "+: Very central location. Huge room with big views. Good value. All the staff is great, from the manager to receptionists to cleaners; very welcoming, smiling, kind. Linen / towels have a hint of chemical smell, had to buy my own towel because couldn't stand it. Not sure if it's the washing products, fabric softener or something the cleaners spray. There's dogs barking all night in one side of the building, had to change room and then it was all good Aircon was smelly. Needs to be cleaned more regularly perhaps. "

"One of the most wonderful resorts I have stayed in. The property is amazing. Walking from our room to the pool, spa, and restaurant felt like we were walking through the jungle. "Great hotel. I just wish it was closer to the beach but its nearby Kep crab market. We got a 2 bedroom bungalow. Accommodated out family well. My wife and I got a separate room. Both rooms were very nice and clean. We did order room service. Food was good. We mainly ate the american food items and it was delicious. "
