"Staff was pleasant, the room was nice, the area felt safe and was very convenient. The parking garage direct across the street was nice and was less than 25$ a night. We found we didn’t need the car and used the connector to get to our destinations. "

"Average hotel. Lobby basic- not a bad smell but not fresh. Clean bedsheets (we always check)! Carpet in room could have used a good vacuum. Appreciated that they had rolling luggage carts and that they allow pets."

"pros: amazing breakfast great bar/restaurant staff check in receptionist well informed and polite great area large hotel cons: room smelled damp . called the front desk, housekeeping, pretty much every button on the phone and no one ever picked up. I had to call the hotel with my cell to get an operator. I was calling because no housekeeper serviced my room ( I need towels and garbage bags at the least) they sent them up. then at 10pm a housekeeper banged on my door shouting “ housekeeping “ and woke my two babies up . Never have I ever witnessed that before at any property . property has potential but this stay was just not awesome. "

"Our stay was great. The only issue was the elevators were not all working. There were only 2 elevators and 1 of the 2 was for a wedding party. At one point we waited for 20 minutes and luckily an employee came along and took us down the service elevator."
