Housekeeping staff should be trained to check on details. Would not recommend for families who are particular about cleanliness. "The property is a great place to stay as a family and the interior of the unit is awesome. Only issue I found was the shower was clogged and it has been like that for the whole stay although notified. The interior materials were high quality with a great view of the city. The bedding could have been cleaned but they rectified as soon as noticed. The caveat of this building is the parking. If you are driving reconsider just based on my experience. "

"WOW. We walked in and realized that there are security cameras everywhere and the fact that the caretaker was to stay with us is not advertised at all. We didnt feel comfortable so we just left.. the worst part? Hotels.com was never able to reach the manager, so we never got refunded for the money. we did NOT stay here, so i would think twice before staying here. If you are okay with staying with a caretaker, why not? but we just didn't feel comfortable and something about this place was OFF and...

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine care. Ms. Dipali Deore, G. R. E, greeted us with a heartfelt Ayubōwan like no other and made us feel instantly at home. She went above and beyond, personally escorting us to our room and giving us a detailed walkthrough of the in-room and hotel amenities.
