"Bel Air was a life saver after a terrible experience at another hotel in Georgetown. It is under construction so there's that but not a deal breaker. There are some mosquitoes in the hallway due to the construction so be prepared to spray your room. Breakfast comes in to go containers in the lobby, only gripe was how small the hot cups are so you are refilling a couple times. Security was a great help with moving outside tables out of the rain. Also the front desk had taxi drivers on hand, shout out to Mr.Roy and David so we were able to call on when we needed transportation. Overall it was a positive experience, the staff was helpful and took immediate action in anything we needed. I would recommend staying here and would definitely return."

"The noise level was too high from the staff when they came in to work early in the morning and from the vehicles passing on the road. Sleeping past 5am was impossible."
