"Unfortunately, the pool experience was a little disappointing. We booked this hotel specifically because they advertised a water park but when we arrived, the pool was ice cold and the slides were closed for the season. I really want to highlight that the staff were absolutely wonderful- truly welcoming professionals. They did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. If you’re hoping to enjoy the pool, I would recommend checking to see if it’s a good time of year. We were there during the last few days of Ramadan, in March. In hindsight, I see this wasn’t an optimal time for a pool visit."

"A great night stay. The reception are exceptional and courteous. I slept comfortably and well, especially after long flights, comfort was a big plus. The restaurant has amazing choice for breakfast and I’m partial to the cinnamon roll (made with croissant pastry), so brilliant. Very fresh orange juice and great fruit. The hot choices are delicious as well. Will be back the next time I’m back in Giza. "

"Lovely place it looks like it closer to the faiyum than the photos show. The pool was nice and clean although we were the only non modest guest which made my wife uncomfortable to wear a bikini. The bed was nice but the air-conditioning dripped on our head all night, not sure why but we couldn't sleep.. Also the hot water was turned off at night so I couldn't have a warm shower. It would also be good for them to have a mosquito repellent/ fogger as we were bitten every night.
