"I think it is good to mention that the villa is located in a resort of villas. The place is very secure, clean and it is a real 4 stars. If you would like to spend real vacation in a quiet environment, this villa is the place to go. There is a good restaurant and 2 swimming pools in the resort. The villa is FULL equipped, very comfy, modern, clean, beautiful, well located and many more! I suggest to rent a car to be able to move easily and visit different places and beaches during your trip....

"This is a place to put your head down and that's about it. Small cottage that has many miles on it. Beds and bedding were old and uncomfortable. Blanket consisted of a sleeping bag. Showers backed up into the tub. Air conditioner leaked onto the living room floor. It rained hard while we were there. had some time where we could not go anywhere. TV is broken. Looks like the coax cable was yanked out of the back. Back window was broken with a piece of plastic and tape over it. One...

"Our family of 5 (ages 12, 14, 43, 45, and 71) stayed at Sandy Beach this past week. What a great place! It's even better than what you see in the pictures. There was plenty of room for all of us, and we had everything we needed. The views were outstanding, and the private beach access was great. We loved having use of the kayaks and used them every day. "We rent properties a couple of times per year in the Exumas for about 8 years now and we haven't had a terrible experience yet. If we grade them all we would have to say the it was unanimous that this property is the cream of the crop. We rent small boats each time so we need a dock otherwise you'll have to return the boat and pick it up every day and that's not condusive to a fun and easy vacay. We purposely rent small skiffs so we can get to some treasure beaches that not many people have access to and they are BUCKET LIST beaches. This property is the closest to all our secret spots. Outstanding views, a beach in the back yard and a pool as well. The property has just about every large or small amenity you can think of. We lacked nothing. Angelique was a doll. I'm not a fan of giving nothing but 5 stars to a place because there's always a little hiccup here and there but not here. Bring your bikini and swim shorts. Nothing else is needed. Thanks to the staff/team for a spectacular vacation with my wife and kids. Very grateful!!!!!"

"The property and home were exactly as pictured and described. There was so much to do at the house with the pool, dock, kayaks and paddle boards, huge screened in porch, and beachfront for our family with 2 teenagers. Communication prior to our trip, as well as while we were there, was very attentive and helpful regarding the home, activities and restaurants on the island, making sure we’re were happy with our stay. They were even able to have the house stocked with all of our groceries and drinks the day of our arrival.If we are able to come back to vacation in beautiful Exuma (which I hope we do) we would absolutely stay at Jack’s Island House again!"

"We were met by the Kay and she had stocked our refrigerator with all the things requested. The house was the perfect size for our family of four. The access to the beach was wonderful and we took advantage of the kayaks provided as well. Jack was great at answering all of my questions….and trust me I had a lot. He gave great suggestions and resources to help the trip to so smoothly! It is truly a piece of paradise and I would definitely stay there again!!"
