We booked classic room which was confirmed and when we reached the property, they claimed they are all booked and issue was with website. We had to settle for a much cheaper room since it was already late under the promise that they would refund the difference which they agreed to but never did. The room was smelly and there was no hot water. Staff acts oblivious to any issue if you ask them for assistance. We stayed there just for the night but pretty sure if we would have stayed longer, we would have found more gems in their issue treasure box."
