"Overall the cabin was clean. The road to get to the cabin was dirt, and therefore when it rained was only accessible by a truck. I would think that would be acknowledged on the description, due to the amount of rainfall in Louisiana. The cabin was lacking in several “luxury” things. Wi-Fi was not working, I had to go and purchase coffee mugs to enjoy a cup of coffee, and the bugs did not just stay outside (due to gaps under the doors and around the window A/C units). "It was simple, but very clean & even though it's in a busy area, very quiet. Stayed there b/c price point & their pet policy. (Traveled with 2 dogs.) Appreciated the hard floors instead of carpet. Close to a ton of restaurants. My husband was initially skeptical about my choice but ultimately agreed it was a good choice of hotels. Will likely make this my preferred choice in Monroe moving forward. Would absolutely book there again. "
