"The photos in the listing were not accurate. We arrived to a dirty property with cobwebs, bugs in the pantry, used toothbrush and razors, holes in walls, mould in the shower, stains on the carpet and bed head and ripped curtains. We did not end up staying due to the condition and the person would not refund stay or the cleaning fee as she believed we had stayed in the beds but we had just checked the condition of the sheets to see if they were clean. "There was no there there. The address I was told to go to had a woman staying there who said she'd rented the property month to month a couple months back. Tens of calls were made to the phone number given for the property (by myself and Hotels.com), but got a recording each time that it was a mobile phone that was switched off. Hotels.com offered me an unacceptable hotel at the airport 33km away!"
