"Pretty resort. It is like a ghost town at night. Beautiful location right on the water. The shore is rocky so hard to get into the water. Pool and lazy river were nice. Three restaurants on the property, but food and drinks left much to be desired. Two of the restaurants basically have the same menu. More food options would be good. The hostess/waitress at Sunset restaurant during breakfast was quite rude."

"Greatly enjoyed my time - and the resort is absolutely beautiful. The Brass Boer operates 3 restaurants with the best food and drinks. I must give special mention to the housekeeping staff, who extended themselves with assuring we had all that may be required. Tip: Stay away from Koló as one of the only hotel-operated restaurants. Both the service and food is of poor quality. Especially the breakfast buffet. For Divers it’s perfect as Dive Friends is on site. They are the most professional outfit I’ve ever had the pleasure to dive with. Plenty of shoreline views and seating. The pools are great, where the largest one unfortunately is near Kolo, so you have to leave the pool and go down to thr shore if you want something to eat of decent quality. All in all - quite recommended!"

"My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Van der Valk Plaza Beach & Dive Resort Bonaire. The resort was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the all-inclusive food and drinks, the relaxing beach area, and the stunning ocean views. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a great vacation. The location was convenient and made it easy to enjoy Bonaire’s natural beauty. The only minor downside was that some services could be a little slow during busy times, but overall it did not affect our experience. We would definitely return and recommend this resort to couples looking for a relaxing Caribbean getaway."

"The Bellefonte has been by far the absolute best place I have ever stayed. The views are amazing! You literally have everything at your fingertips. It is very close to just about everything there is to do. The rooms are more than you can ask for and the service is immaculate! If you're going to Bonaire, the Bellefonte is where you should stay."

"This was paradise! We stayed in the villas with a private pool and will definitely be going back. It was a 3 bedroom,3 bath and the house was amazing.very clean, new appliances, fantastic yard. Could have got 6 people comfortably. It was the best diving and snorkeling we have seen. So many fish! All the restaurants around the hotel were fabulous. Hotel staff was amazing. This is a must stay island and villa."
