"Loved this place! Exactly as pictured, and loved the louvered doors and windows... super cool! Inge and Jan were amazing and made sure that we knew everything we needed to know about the island, and made any arrangements for us to do exactly what we wanted to do! Highly recommended. "My wife and I visited Bonaire on our first trip to Bonaire. The hotel was conveniently located two blocks from our dive shop/shore. We arrived after hours (in Bonaire, that means after 10 pm), so the hotel crew contracted a taxi to pick us up and give us the room key. There was no housekeeping, but typically my wife and I request no housekeeping on a daily basis at a regular hotel anyway, so that was perfect for us (someone did come in halfway through our 5 day stay to clean, though). "This was our second stay at the windsock. The villa was great for our family, which included two toddlers. The kitchen was functional, the clothes washer was helpful. Staff were great and flexible. We were allowed a late check out, which was very helpful with the kids since we flew out late in the afternoon. Location was great and fairly central to all of our activities. Parking was very easy. Traffic was not bad, there was a little noise from the airport but not significant. The only issue we ran into was that the pool deck got very slippery when wet, so everyone had to wear shoes around the pool. Overall great stay. We will be back! "

"Beautiful top notch property! I stayed in one of the superior rooms. Ladies, there’s no mirror except the one in the bathroom. And there’s no plug in the bathroom, so you’ll be drying your hair with no mirror. I’d recommend bringing a book light if you’re a reader. Very dim lighting everywhere. Having said that, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Restaurants are great. You can rent a jeep for $85/day if multiple days. "
