Many issues: 1 staff member, no restaurant available, no wifi in room, pool deck and terrace deck were unsafe with twisted rotten boards with screws and nails popping out everywhere, no security, no spa, sauna and hottub extra $$ to use, no in room tv, boards on balcony were rotten and unsafe, unheated pool, and hot water was limited at best...took 10 minutes to heat up to luke warm. 2nd night we were there, neighbor was partying with extremely loud music until 3am. People wandering behind our room past midnight being loud. We brought up some of our concerns upon arrival with the owner. He was very rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I ended the conversation with him knowing our concerns were not going to be taken seriously. The one staff member, Claudia, was very nice and did what she could for us. The place could be exceptional, but has been largely neglected. Very disappointing stay. I would never recommend or stay there again. For the price we paid and the missing amenities that were advertised, it was a complete rip off."
