"BIG PROBLEM! I have stayed at Hotel du Port many times and love the hotel. However, the hotel did not honor my Hotels.com reservation; they explained that They are no longer accepting any reservations through online companies. I was informed that I will need to get a reimbursement from Hotels.com. since Hotels.com already charged me for night, but apparently never paid the hotel. So I was forced to pay for the night, directly to the hotel, after Hotels.com already took my money. I paid twice...

L'après midi , si c'est un jour de congé, la piscine n'est pas agréable, il y a beaucoup de gens de l'extérieur, mais on comprend que l'hôtel doive rentabiliser, et le matin elle est juste pour nous. The best part of the experience was the service from the manager and Estelle, an employee at the front desk. They were both the sweetest and very helpful in giving recommendations and negotiating with the moto taxis. "
