Just 3 minutes from Fort Royal beach, this 135 m² villa offers breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. It features two bedrooms with private bathrooms. The spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen open onto a 700 m² garden with two private parking spaces.
The villa has a private 8 x 4 m swimming pool with an alarm system. For added comfort, it is equipped with a 4,000-liter drinking water tank and a solar water heater.
You have exclusive use of the property.
The number of rooms available is tailored to your group: 1 room (1-2 people), 2 rooms (3-4 people). Unoccupied rooms remain closed and are never rented to third parties.
If you would like to have additional rooms beyond this quota (please consult us).
