"I can’t comment on the deli since I didn’t stop by and eat during my stay. But it smelled amazing. The resort alone was amazing. I was in the spa suite and the fact that I didn’t have a T.V in the room allowed me to feel more relaxed.
When I arrived I wasn’t sure if I was at the right place, but don’t let that scare you away. Once you walk in, it’s beautiful. I really enjoyed the salt room and ice room. It felt amazing. I will definitely be coming back in the future. It was a nice relaxing quite stay with my wife and we enjoyed every second of it."
"Everything was great. The only downside is that pool has 2 entrances both on the same side and the room we were in was in the opposite side, which was a bit unconfortable. There were other rooms available closer to the pool entrance and hotel lobby, and given the heat it would have been nicer to be placed in one of those rooms. Other than that there was no restaurant which also would have been nice. But these are small details and our stay was wanderfull."
"Lido Palms Resort & Spa in Desert Hot Springs is a peaceful, low-key retreat with wonderfully clean, perfectly heated mineral pools ideal for relaxation. The small number of rooms creates a quiet atmosphere without crowds, and the friendly on-site owners, especially Alla, made us feel warmly welcomed and at home. Our room was spotless and comfortable, with a full kitchen that was super convenient. It’s not a fancy resort, but if you want a calm, rejuvenating getaway, this place is perfect. "This is not your average hotel. It’s a place to disconnect and unwind. If you don’t like a quiet environment and a tranquil atmosphere, this place might not be for you. We came to get away and had an amazing experience. The massage was exactly what we needed along with the mineral pools and sauna. The grounds were very well kept and the room right outside the pool was great! 24 hour access to the pools let us have a late night dinner and then came back to relax. We had a small poor experience from other guests that wasn’t the locations fault but they definitely made it right for us and went above and beyond to make our stay better. Will definitely come again. "
"Dude in the front was super helpful, polite, and super welcoming! The room was amazing! Super clean, very spacious, and comfy bed! We stood there 2 night and had book the spa treatment, super relaxing! We basically had the whole pool to ourselves as well, which was very nice! I would recommend this place and go back! "
