There was a questionable person who came in when I was checking out asking for any spare money but the person at the desk took care of it.

Could not understand the eNGLISH spoken by the clerk checking us into the facility. Floors were VERY dirty and the charged us $150.00 damage fee. Other facilities we've used had a $50.00 fee? Breakfast was good.

Never again!
The hotel was disgusting. Our beds were covered in hair and smelled awful. It was clear these had been previously used. The shower had lots of dirt and hair in the bottom and in the drain. The door didn’t close properly. When we checked in, the receptionist was rude. We will never use the Quality Inn chain again.

DIRTY AND RUDE
My husband and I booked a ADA accessible room to be on the first floor. When we checked in we were told the ADA room was not available due to the heater not working. We were told if we wanted the first floor We would have to be in a pet friendly room. We weren’t too concerned about that because we normally have our dog with us but we didn’t this time. My husband did ask if the room smelled like animals. He was told no absolutely not. It will not smell like dogs. Once we got to our room, it was a very overwhelming smell of wet dog. After using the restroom I noticed how disgusting the toilet was. The toilet appeared not to be wiped off and full of hair. Second issue. Our room was an adjoining room with lockable doors on each side. At 10:15 PM. My husband called the front office and asked if they would contact the room next to us because they were being very loud. The employee at the front desk called back 15 minutes later arguing and accusing him of lying The front desk told him that the man in the room next to us was standing in front of him, saying he was talking on the phone and wasn’t being loud. I don’t think it was unreasonable to ask that customers lower their voice after 10 PM. My husband has to wake up at 5 AM for work. Needless to say, the man in the room never did lower his voice and remained on the phone talking loudly until after 11:30 PM I do understand that you can’t control customers, but you can control your employees that argue with your guests.

Staff @ Front desk in the evening was VERY polite, professional. Room was in great shape, very clean with comfortable mattress. ONLY problem was I did NOT get my 6:45 am wake-up call - note even "late"!

Chairs broken, freezer door broken, shower did not drain at all, cleaning as we stayed was taking out trash and renewing the soap bar in restroom. Corners of the room was piling with dirt. Pool area did not look welcoming. All in all too expensive compared to the experience. Would not book again.

We booked this hotel last minute for a track meet. When we arrived in the hotel it smelled horrible. Unfortunately, everyone’s views on hygiene is different and that made interactions more difficult. Also, made breakfast unbearable. I didn’t eat because of how bad it smelled. Our room was less than desired! I opened the closet, full of crumbs. The bathroom lacked water pressure, the tub was stained and dirty, and the entire room smelled like some sort of air freshener that had exploded! We had to open the window for hours to get the smell somewhat out. Some of the pillows smelled like guest before us. We made it through the night but the next day we went to the pool. They added tile that WASNT slip resistant and it was broken in many places. I stepped on it not realizing and that was my last straw. I told the lady on staff and she said she didn’t realize there were broken tiles and pieces of glass around the pool but also didn’t do anything to keep kids safe. She said all rooms have no water pressure and we couldn’t switch rooms nor switch hotels. It was a nightmare. Second shift came in and basically offered no help but to send someone to clean. They didn’t sweep. The entire stay they only give you 2 towels at a time and no towels at the pool. There was hair everywhere in the pool! And our room.

That they are trying to charge my credit card 50.00 for a pillow that was left in the room

Hello.Thank you for your review. The hotel tried to charge for the 2 pillows that you have taken from the room instead you left dirty/old/worn out pillow in the room. The Choice Brands Pillows are not inexpensive; so will considered missing items. The card was on file tried to charge for missing items(pillows) but unfortunately was declined. Please Contact Hotel directly.Thank you.

The water pressure for showers was terrible. Not much pressure at all. The breakfast was great but they advertise fruit and they had none so as a vegan I was not able to eat. But they did have great eggs, sausage, and biscuits and gravy that my husband loved.
