"This is a great property in Amritsar. Staff are friendly and courteous. The rooms are adequately sized and kept clean. The breakfast buffet is excellent with lots of choice of Indian and western items. There is also a nice shopping mall right next to the hotel where you can spend some time looking for clothes and other items. I’d definitely stay at this Hyatt again. "

"First visit to Jalandhar was a good experience and was happy with the service overall. Breakfast was of a good standard with a variety of options. Room service was excellent with friendly staff. I was happy with my initial stay so I extended my trip and chose to stay longer. "

Needs a renovation

"Friendly and professional staff. Rooms definitely need to be renovated. Black mould in my bathroom, mattress had spring coming out of it. Funky and dangerous looking exposed wiring behind bed. Windows don’t close, poor air circulation in corridors Restaurant was the only amazing thing about the hotel. "
