The host has truly thought of everything.The location is terrific with really nice lake views, and we love spending time on the multiple decks and outdoor seating areas. There's always a perfect spot to relax, whether you want morning coffee with a view or evening cocktails watching the sunset. The lake itself is wonderfully quiet and ideal for kayaking.What really sets this place apart is the host's attention to detail and commitment to improvement. Each summer we return, there are thoughtful new additions that enhance the experience. The welcome meal and coffee upon arrival are such a lovely touch that makes you feel immediately at home.The neighborhood is fantastic too - the neighbors are genuinely friendly and helpful, adding to the overall welcoming atmosphere. "Perfect for what we needed and everything was as described. Community amenities were great. Joey’s Grill and Tap restaurant by the marina is a gem. Brought our boat and location was convenient for Badin Lake exploring. Kid’s have already asked when we are coming back. "

"It was an idyllic weekend getaway with my daughter at Robin’s Nest. Our favorite part was looking forward to spectacular sunsets on the terrace that sits above the lot! The terrace had plenty of comfortable furniture where we could enjoy the view, eat, listen to music and talk. The actual unit was cozy and intimate with a great air conditioner that kept us cool though it was very hot outside. We enjoyed spending the day at the beach on the lake where there is plenty of shade. The unit had a very comfortable bed. The futon on the living room was also comfortable, and the massage chair was a fun surprise. We loved sitting in the small and cozy interior living area where we could chat for hours and even nap. The space was just right for two people. The unit sits at the bottom of the lot, and there is also a chair, rocker and umbrella right outside the door where I enjoyed quiet moments and my coffee in the mornings. Our last day we woke up at sunrise and walked the boardwalk around the lake in the shade before check out. We want to come back and stay here again next year. "

"My family and I enjoyed our stay here with our puppy a lot! The property was so nice and spacious plenty of room for our puppy. It was so peaceful during the day and especially at night. It was the perfect place for relaxing outside. The boat was a great addition to our stay it really became the highlight. The water on the lake was very warm and clean, perfect for swimming and tubing. We spent hours just relaxing on the lake. The hot tub and pool were also amazing to relax and have fun in. The owners were also extremely nice and welcoming. They were so kind and made sure our stay here was perfect. I could not recommend this place more! Our stay could not have been better!"
