    From the fully equipped kitchen and the inviting dining area, you’ll enjoy unforgettable views of the sea, the surrounding mountains, and the harbours of Portonovi and Denovici. You can enjoy this Montenegrin beauty from two balconies. You can reach the apartment via the staircase or conveniently by lift.
    The beach is approximately 400 metres from the penthouse and a 5-minute walk away. Here, a 15-km-long beach promenade stretches all the way to Igalo. You can let your gaze wander across the Bay of Kotor, past Tivat, all the way to the Croatian border. Nearby cafés and bars invite you to linger.
    Tivat Airport is approximately 25 km away, and Dubrovnik Airport is approximately 50 km away.
