Walk on over to the Pelham house for wonderful dining, stop by Wolfies for your breakfast and coffee needs, or Cleat and Anchor for delicious BBQ. Bandera's market is just .4 miles from the house, which arguably has the best sandwiches in the state of Massachusetts.

Beach House Heaven

This house was PERFECT for our family. I immediately felt at home. It's bright and updated and feels open and inviting. The location is perfect..walkable to the beach and restaurants. The neighborhood is just lovely. I have never loved a cape rental as much as this one and I can't wait to come back!

The current owners have made some wonderful updates including central air and a 2nd bath room. The very large table in the kitchen does make working in the kitchen challenging when people are sitting at the table. The cottage is otherwise perfect.

This home was clean, comfortable, quiet and had ALL the amenities necessary for a lovely vacation on the Cape. It was super convenient to the beach and all local restaurants, other towns we wanted to visit, etc. I don't want to say TOO much as now EVERYONE is going to want to rent this lovely space, however I am sure to bring my family here again next year.
