Reviewer Comments: Great little cottage. Close to the town beaches. Nice private yard with deck. Had rain in the beginning of our week, so we didn't utilize the rear deck as much. Plenty of space for a family of four. Extremely small kitchen, but made it work. The price is very reasonable. My only criticism/complaint would be of the bed in the master bedroom. It was HORRIBLE. Might has well have been sleeping on plywood. I've been vacationing in Dennis Port with my family for years and we use Martha Murray every time. I have never left comments, but I felt I needed to this time. I highly recommend replacing the bed/mattress in the master. Other than that, this place is a gem! I would gladly rent this cottage again given this recommendation is taken into consideration.
