The outside didn’t have much room for kids to play with not great grass and long weeds, but we were pleasantly surprised to find a shuffleboard game - it was so fun! The beach advertised had lots of stairs, but another beach (to the left from our street) was very wagon/stroller friendly and only about 10 minutes slow walk. There is even great restaurant and ice cream shop walking distance. Not a bad drive anywhere on a Cape. Super easy checkin/checkout.
