The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the ceilings had mold in the bedrooms and the blinds were broken. The one in the bathroom upstairs was broken where the neighbors could look in while you were taking a shower. The kitchen was clean but they had this closet where the the cookie sheets and other pans were that smelt bad, did not use any of that. The front door did not lock from the outside. The house needs updating. I would stay there again, too much. Very tiny area on the beach. Martha murray rentals was very, very nice people and very helpful. Check in was very quick and easy. The home was an older one but very close to the ocean. The enclosed porch was our favorite place to “hang out”.
