Oceanfront 5 bedroom home sleeping 10-Stunning views

Enjoy your vacation in this well maintained 2000 sq. ft 5 bedroom home with central air conditioning.

The first floor of this home offers spectacular ocean views from almost every room! This home has an updated and beautifully equipped kitchen, leading into the dining room with oversized table, allowing everyone to sit down together for every meal. The living room opens up to additional seating, all with incredible ocean views! There is a first floor bedroom with queen bed, half bath and ocean views. Rounding out the floor is a full bathroom with combo tub/shower and a den for separate or additional space. The den is equipped with tv, library, puzzles and games. For entertaining, the den has a wet bar and full size refrigerator and doors leading to the great deck!

Upstairs has four bedrooms and also offers great ocean views! Bedroom # 2 offers a queen bed, 1/2 bath and a flat screen tv. Bedroom # 3 with a king bed, flat screen tv and a bay window with beautiful views. Bedroom #4 includes two twins and lovely ocean views. Bedroom #5 has a queen bed, flat screen tv and views (If bringing a crib, this is the only bedroom that would fit it).

The great space continues outside! The oversized deck offers plenty of seating for entertaining, watching the kids at the beach and relaxing!
Enjoy the outdoor space on the beach (private shared with 6 houses); swim in Nantucket Sound, star gaze while sitting around the firepit, romp on the plush lawn, lounge or take a relaxing outdoor shower, with changing area.

Conveniently located in the heart of Dennisport, some of our favorite spots are close by! Savor tasty dishes at The Ocean House Restaurant and Pelham House and indulge in Sundae School Ice Cream for a sweet treat!

The owner supplies everything we need or ask for, and does so cheerfully! We seldom eat out. We prefer our table by the ocean every night. We would however recommend purchasing fresh scallops from Midnight Our and cooking them at home!!
