OceanBeachVista! Brand new 2021 condo: spectacular ocean view and private ocean beach on Nantucket Sound. Living, dining, and kitchen directly facing the ocean! Wake up to the sound of the ocean waves and gorgeous view every morning, just steps away from the private ocean beach! Bedroom #1 has an ocean view with a queen sized bed, an ensuite full bath with shower, and a large window; Bedroom #2 also has an ocean view with a queen sized bed, large window, and a smart TV. Another full bath with shower/tub combo is in the hallway. Large sliding glass doors opening to the large balcony with a spectacular view of Nantucket sound. Kitchen with eat-in area, beautiful countertops, and stainless steel appliances overlooking ocean view. Living room has a smart TV. Central AC, central Heating, Washer and Dryer inside own unit. Linens and bath towels are provided. The unit is located on the third floor of 4-story building, i.e. Building B. The building has an elevator and stairs.

The property, location and views were exceptional. Easy beach access and just a few steps to the Ocean House restaurant. The community is very dog friendly and our French Bulldog was comfortable. Looking forward to staying here again.

The condo itself was updated and a nice place to stay. The views out the large picture window and from the balcony were absolutetly superb! I thoroughly enjoyed watching sunsets and sunrises from there. Also, the owner was nice and easy to work with.

Spring break stay with teens

We had a wonderful stay during the off season with our teen daughter and her friend. Beautiful views from the condo of the ocean. The girls managed to soak up some sun even in the chilly weather. The condo was extremely clean and host was available for any questions we had! Great restaurants within walking distance! Would highly recommend staying here! Will definitely stay here again.

Cape Cod Getaway

The condo is just as advertised and pictured.It’s a jewel of a spot with the lull of the ocean right outside the living area. The location was perfect, nearby to everything we wanted to see and do. The host was not only responsive before our stay but checked in during our stay. He even delivered an ironing board outside the condo door in less than 1/2 hour after I inquired. Would highly recommend and will definitely come back and stay again.

This is an amazing property with absolutely stunning views.The condo was well maintained and clean, with easy access to the main roads and lots of restaurants.There were ample towels and linens but we used our own blankets etc.The beach is a small, private beach with beautiful,calm waters.The owner was very good in terms of communication and was readily available for any issues.I do wish there were more drawers for storage of clothing and a long over the door mirror.Other than those minor issues,I would highly recommend this place for anyone considering a visit to the Cape Cod area.

Right by the beach!

Great location and spacious accommodations. AC can be a bit loud when it's running. Clean and generously appointed. We really enjoyed our two weeks. It's great to sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean and sky with morning coffee.

We had a great visit. The unit has a beautiful view, lot of windows. It was in good proximity to our day trips; Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, Provincetown, Plymouth. We had no issues while there so didn't need to contact Yiping, but I had a few questions beforehand and he answered them quickly. We hope to go again.

I stayed at the condo with my Dad and Sister. It was well stocked, clean and comfortable. But, even if it wasn’t, we would definitely stay again. Being oceanfront and on the third floor was amazing. The views and sunsets were incredible. Parking was convenient and having an elevator was great. We highly recommend this property.

Exceeded our high expectations

Our stay at this property was fantastic - nothing more relaxing than watching the ocean swells, smelling the sea air, all from a 3rd floor balcony. The condo was immaculate and very comfortable. The location also afforded easy access to area restaurants and activities - we're only sorry our stay had to end. We will definitely be booking this property again in the future.

Great view, great time
