This 3-bedroom sunlit cottage will make you smile. The home sleeps 5 and has everything you need for a carefree getaway. Located on a quiet dead-end street, it's a short walk (.3 mile) to access the private beach at the Heritage Sands or Haigis beach on Nantucket Sound. Inside there is a separate spacious dining room. The bathroom has a washer/dryer with a custom stand- up glass enclosed shower (20'' opening). Hardwood floors throughout and a mini split air conditioner in the living room. The lighted backyard patio has seating for eating and gathering around the solo stove and an enclosed outdoor shower. The house was so clean, cute as can be, the back patio was fantastic. The house had everything you need. I’m not a huge fan of knotty pine but didn’t deter me and so glad for that.
