Excellent location, good service. Room was mildly unclean and facilities were fine rather than pristine but for the price and the location we were extremely happy. We could easily access everything circular quay had to offer

We stayed in a one bedroom suite for two nights for three people. The fold out bed is terrible with the mattress having springs / lumps everywhere. Very poor mattress for the money you pay. Room service food was the worst. I had a simple order of a ham and cheese toasted sandwich - it was burnt so I asked for a new unburnt one to be cooked. When it came back they had taken off one side and flipped the burnt side over. So it was burnt and uneditable - for $38 total. The Conciege service was outstanding. With so many options in Sydney for accomodation and if you know you will need a sofa bed and just want simple room service there are others choices

Amazing staff, ammenities and beautiful rooms!

Overall the experience was good. The first night was uncomfortable as the box spring was missing a support leg, causing the bed to sag. They moved us to a different room and that room was much better. The staff were great in accommodating our change. The location is excellent for visiting Darling Harbour. Close to public transport for getting around. Having a kitchen was great to enjoy some meals at the unit.
