Pamukkale travetines is within 15-20 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel owner and his staff are very helpful and welcoming. Hotel breakfast is delicious with generous portion. Had dinner in the hotel and the lamb skewer and chicken curry was tasty.

The staff was so sweet! Shout out to Burshra. she was so sweet and helpful with finding activities to do. It is almost like a bed a breakfast, the food in the morning was delicious and we loved how small and cute the town was! 10/10 recommend.

Hotel was nice ,very clean ,unique, welcoming, feeling like home .Rooms spacious, clean with comfortable beds. The owners and staff were very nice and helpful. Specially the owners daughter Nurselin was very knowledgeable and helpful, informative about the highlights of the eria.If i ever come back to Pamukkale I will definitely stay at Merlose House Hotel

Good hotel, great food
The setting of the hotel was quaint. The owner is very graceful and a good host. The room was comfortable. No elevator, though, so it was tough dealing with luggage. We had dinner, and even though the menu was limited, it was delicious! Great breakfast too! Cats in the dining area were mildly unpleasant. Small, but practical parking lot. Overall, a good experience.

Everything was perfect. Apart from the breakfast plates made hours before breakfast time , so it was dried, pice of salami and cheese were very dry and they like been for so long outside, bread : could have some brown bread .

The stay was Ok. The ambiance & pool were good. The hotel is well located… close to Hierapolis. Dinner was not extraordinary… For breakfast, they didn’t talk to us. You sit at a table and they bring you a plate with a turkish breakfast. You have to help yourself for tea and coffee (or juice). You cannot have a second coffee or juice as they removed everything at 10:25. There was not flat sheet in the bed. Only a coverlet and a duvet (without duver cover). We only slept with the coverlet. A bit heavy, hot and not comfy.

What a lovely little family owned hotel, friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in the door. Very nice accommodations, and super informative about the area and side excursions and trips. They can set up anything you need. Beds were very comfortable and balcony had a nice view of the balloons in the early morning. Food here at this was absolutely delicious, make sure to eat here

Staff were friendly and helpful. Dinner (chicken casserole) was absolutely delicious. Far exceeded my expectations. Rooms are large, but fairly basic. My bathroom had a sloping roof, and being tall I could not stand upright. If you're tall I suggest mentioning that when you book. Other than that it was perfectly acceptable for the price. Only a few minutes drive to the travertines.

Gem of a Hotel
What a gem! Family owned and operated lovely small hotel. We appreciated the good bed, the friendly staff (who all spoke English), and the food was so delicious and served in attractive and various outdoor patios.

Good: Great location, walking distance to everything. Nice staff, tasty breakfast. Quiet A/C (rare) and comfy beds. Bad: Bathroom is due for a little maintenance, but still perfectly usable. Mosquitos in room (either from previously open windows or gap under door) -killed them all, blocked gap with towel, and no more for remaining nights.

Melrose House Hotel was a good hotel for a one night stay in Pamukkale. Staff were very friendly and helpful and helped us with early check in. Our room was clean and comfortable.

This property was perfect for our short stay while visiting Pamukkale. The rooms are clean and quiet and the hotel is in a calm area of town. It is a little farther away from the city center, but is near the bus station so it is very accessible. The staff were very kind and allowed us to check in early after our overnight bus. They also happily arranged airport transfer for us and gave us stellar ice-cream recommendations. The property itself is beautiful with nice flowers and a pool we were able to enjoy on our down time. Being such a tourist-y location, it is easy to get swindled in Pamukkale, but this hotel is pretty, safe and feels like a genuine experience!

Nice spot, friendly team, great value.
The owner and the staff were lovely and welcoming. The price was great value, the room suited us just fine for a family of four. We had lunch in the restaurant which was delicious and dining in the garden was relaxing. The pool are was lovely and the location was just a short walk from the center of the village. Breakfast far exceeded any expectations and should not be missed. There were a few signs of wear and tear which could be easily rectified but nothing so important as to warrant complaint. Overall a lovely spot and lovely people.

Stunning Pamukkale Retreat
Spent 1 night and would have loved to stay longer! It is a very convenient location to visit Pamukkale. The property was immaculate, breakfast spectacular and staff was very polite! It felt like a nice family-run guesthouse - home away from home. I suggest, visiting Pamukkale before breakfast and then coming back to enjoy the elaborate spread!

the staff was just amazing, kind and helpful. The only small issue we had was with the bathrooms where the showers weren't really up to standard but to be honest, they have treated us so well that it didn't matter at all. We had home made dinner and it was delicious, the owner was super helpful and welcoming.....i would go back anytime if i was to visit pamukkale again.

AMAZING! The hotel was great. Location was perfect, no more than a 10 min drive to the main attractions. The breakfast was amazing, the best we have has on this two week trip. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall the hotel was very charming and it felt like we were at home.

The family who runs this hotel were very nice to me. I absolutely loved my spacious room, my balcony looking over pomegranate and fig trees. I woke to a spectacular early morning rise of hot air balloons- so exciting. I asked for a table for my balcony and they gave me a nice one.

Good family run business
Melrose house is a lovely family run business. The whole family looks after the guests, wonderfully. We had a lovely time, the rooms are well appointed and the breakfast is good. If I had to make one negative comment about breakfast, it was the extra payment for eggs. Also, the round bed looks good but my legs kept falling off the edges!
