Located four miles out Stampede Road (from "Into The Wild" fame), EarthSong is above treeline on open tundra, with unobstructed views of the Alaska Range. It's the perfect spot for guests who wish for a quiet, spectacular place to sleep, and have accommodations that are more than just a bed and bathroom. Log cabins are well-apportioned and have modern conveniences, spaced for privacy. On-site guests can enjoy some extra amenities, such as our coffeehouse. EarthSong is for the visitor that wants just a bit more from their visit. Standard cabins have one double bed and bathroom, and are perfect for the solo traveler or couple. Each cabin has bathroom with modern facilities, individual hot water heater, nice towels, extra pillows, and more to make your stay comfortable. Cabins are also insulated and heated for the cooler nights. All cabins have either private or shared porches. While there are no cooking facilities in the cabins, there is a shared kiosk where guests have access to fridge and microwave. Most cabins are log, all hand-built and unique, and have nice mix of authentic and comfort, with a high level of cleanliness. The only issues we had were there were yellow jackets in our cabin upon arrival. There were signs posted saying there was a issue with yellow jackets right now and to make sure we did not leave the door open too long. The yellow jackets were already in our room when we got there. Once we were able to get them out we did not have another issue with this. The only other thing that was an issue is the sheets were too small for the bed and the fitted sheet would come off while we were sleeping.
