"Nice hotel but the check in was poor. Always a long queue and very slow. We were given the wrong room and had to go back to explain we'd booked one with a kitchen and be moved. Room was very nice once we were in the correct one."

"On a one night business trip, got to the room at 5.30pm to find the plug sockets and TV not working, the air con was tripping the fuse. No other rooms available so had to forego freshening up for dinner so the maintenance man could work in the room. Not ideal when you’ve been up since 2am! Breakfast ..."
