THIS HOME IS IN A COMMUNITY OF PERMANENT RESIDENCE. THERE IS A VERY STRICT NOISE ORDINANCE! PARTIES AND LARGE GATHERINGS ARE NOT ALLOWED. MINIMUM AGE REQUIRED TO RESERVE THIS HOME IS 30 YEARS OR OLDER This very unique home is on 6 acres of pure beauty. It provides spectacular views throughout the entire home that is overlooking the river and 150' waterfall. These beautiful views can be seen from the living room, den, kitchen, master bedroom, master bath with large shower, lower screened porch that has rockers for your enjoyment. The waterfall can be heard throughout the home which makes for a magical serene atmosphere! The owners have recently added fire pit at the waters edge if you like to roast marshmallows, tell stories or just enjoy a camp fire environment. There are steps that lead down to the river which makes for an easy and short walk and provides lighting in the evening. Take the kids to the end of the road and use the community dock to fish the Soque River. This is a federal river and stocked! Take the camera and fishing license. This home sleeps up to 8 and still leaves enough room for everyone there to have their own space. The master bedroom is located upstairs with an amazing king bed. In the master bedroom you have corner windows that have views of the waterfall, there is also a fireplace that once you light it and open your windows for the views you will never want to leave the room. The master bathroom has a private bath with large walk in shower. The second bedroom is on the main level with a full size bed and cute spiral stairway that lead to loft area in the same suite. The loft has a full size bed perfect for young children. The third bedroom has a queen and door to outside deck. Large family kitchen has breakfast nook and separate dining area has formal seating for 6. Falling waters is a fantastic home if you are looking for a getaway and we promise you will never want to go home!!! Also, when we walked out, we had to watch out for Spider Vamp. The waterfall in the backyard is amazing. We enjoyed time resting at the house. The home is in a perfect location for touring the surrounding towns, such as Helen, Dahlonega and Clarkesville. The check in process was easy and the neighborhood is great. My only complaints are that the picture of the upstairs hot tub should be removed. It appears it hasn’t worked in a long time. Also, one of the beds in the cloud room was filthy and full of long black hairs. Luckily we had more beds than people and just didn’t sleep in it. Overall I’d stay here again simply for the views of the little waterfall. ##### Julie C. Four sister weekend enjoying this lovely property with a beautiful waterfall in the back yard! Clean, welcoming large house in a gated community. Gas grill on a nice deck overlooking the stream with a hot tub was a big plus. We loved the breakfast nook so much we never used the dining room. Lots of pots and pans for cooking and coffee maker was nice. Only negatives were the bed that has a plastic mattress cover which makes a terrible noise every time you move, and there is no handrail on the stairs going up to the master bedroom. Owners need to remove the plastic cover and install hand rails and it would be about perfect. The most loved asset of this property is the rushing waterfall in the back yard. The property needs to be sprayed we live in FL and are quite accustomed to bugs but we saw live spiders, ant, flying insects and moths, and one of the beds had a scorpion in it. The dock to go fishing was not directly on the back of the house not sure if that’s mention on the description but it’s pretty close hard to to get down to the water. The house had a weird odor, other than that the hose was very spacious and nice. Overall it’s a good place to stay maybe just take some scented candles or febreeze. ##### Dariana C.
