THE LOCATION
Set within the Mt Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest, just 22 miles from the Mt. Baker Ski Area and 2 miles from the town of Glacier where you will find some restaurants, a bakery and a small convenience store.

MAIN LEVEL
After entering the house, you walk into a large entry hall with ample hooks and storage.

The main living area is double-height and lined with windows that flood the space with natural light and frame the trees beyond. Pendant lights hang from the vaulted ceiling, creating a warm glow to the space when the sun goes down.

A gas fireplace anchors the room, and a cozy window seat beside it is the perfect place to curl up with a book after a day on the mountain.

The primary bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom, featuring a large walk-in shower with a window that perfectly frames the ferns and cedar trees of the hillside beyond. (Don’t worry, no one can see in, we’ve checked!)

A second bedroom also offers a king bed, and there is a full bathroom just across the hall.

A custom-built bunk room offers 4 twin beds – each with their own designated light and outlet for convenience.

The kitchen is fully-stocked with high-quality tools and small appliances including a toaster, blender, hand mixer, hand blender, electric griddle, waffle maker, InstantPot, air pop popcorn maker. We also provide salt/pepper, olive oil and some spices, popcorn kernels and hot cocoa mix. You'll have everything you need to create breakfast, lunch and dinner at home.

The coffee station has a variety of options including a Drip Coffee Maker, Nespresso Classic Machine, French Press, Grinder, & Milk Frother. We provide some whole bean coffee, Nespresso pods, and sugar & stevia to get you started.

The extendable dining table can comfortably seat up to eight and four more can be seated at the island counter.

SECOND FLOOR
The open loft is set up for movie nights with a large sofa and second TV. Built-in twin daybeds in the dormers can serve as beds or sofas depending on your group's needs, and two cozy nook/forts under the eaves are a guaranteed hit with kids.

There is a half bath which also houses the washer and dryer.

EXTERIOR
A large glass slider takes you directly out on to the deck with a dining table, gas grill and small seating area that is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. Down a few steps from the outdoor dining area you will find the hot tub with space for up to 7 adults.

A large gravel area with firepit and chairs is perfect for evenings under the trees. (Some firewood is provided. Guests must follow burn bans. Information will be posted by the entry gate when a burn ban is on). There is ample space for yard games and playing.

Guests will have access to the detached 1-car garage for gear storage. Ski + board racks along with boot dryers are provided. There is also a ping-pong table set up in the garage for your enjoyment.

The driveway can fit 4 or 5 cars depending on size. No parking in the garage.

We offer easy, no-contact check-in.

Guests will need to pick up and return a gate card from a lock box at Chair 9 restaurant so they can enter the community. Failure to return the card/fob will result in a $200 penalty.

At the entry gate, only one car may enter per key card swipe. If you have multiple cars we suggest one person stand by the gate and swipe the card, allow one car to enter, let the gate close, then repeat the process. Failure to follow gate rules will result in hefty fines levied by the HOA. Please do not forget your keycard when leaving for outings. There is no backup card readily available. You will have to park outside the gate and walk back to the house to get the card should you forget it.

Guests will have access to the whole property including the garage. We ask that all gear (skis, boards, kayaks, bikes, etc) be stored in the garage and not be brought into the house.

Please note that the community pool and club house are not available for guest use due to HOA regulations.

I am available to answer any questions you may have during your stay. Please notify me of any issues immediately so I can do my best to resolve them as quickly as possible. Please keep all communication on the platform unless there is an emergency.

You will be sent a unique code to open the front door before your stay. This code will be actived at the time of check-in and will be deactivated at check-out time.

Snow tires and/or chains are recommended during winter months to access the cabin and the Ski Area.

There are steps leading up to the house which may become slippery when wet or snowy. Please use caution.

Do not allow children to use the hot tub unattended. Small children MUST BE SUPERVISED at all times while on the property.

Power outages are possible and out of our control. We have a basic emergency kit on hand (flashlights, batteries) but please plan accordingly - especially during winter months - and come prepared with enough food and warm clothing.
