Ideally located between the chic resort of Megève and the authentic village of Combloux, and a few minutes walk from the slopes of Princesse, you have access to the entire Evasion Mont Blanc ski area without borrowing your car. You can hurtle down the slopes of Megève, Saint-Gervais or Saint-Nicolas-de-Véroce. The chalet opens onto a large living room entirely dressed in natural wood. Warm and intimate with its elegant furniture, cozy carpets and cushions, Nordic style decoration, it houses a living room with a library and a fireplace, a friendly dining room and a modern kitchen. Large bay windows offer you an unobstructed view of the Mont d'Arbois massif. While enjoying breakfast, you can watch the sunrise over the snow-capped mountains every morning. In the afternoon, you will love to curl up with a plaid and hot chocolate in the sofa while contemplating this breathtaking panorama; Upstairs, a mezzanine with cozy charm invites you to relax while watching television or reading in peace, comfortably installed in one of the two club chairs at your disposal. Pretty and functional, a desk also allows you to work with confidence. Finally, a small wine cellar completes the furniture and keeps your bottles at the ideal temperature. The garden level hosts four bedrooms including a master bedroom, two bathrooms and many storage possibilities. Nous avons demandé par mail au propriétaire si il était au courant . A notre grande surprise , il était venu la semaine juste avant nous et nous répond qu'il était au courant puisqu'il l'avait constaté sauf qu'il n'a jamais évoqué le sujet avec nous .Nous avons réservé ce chalet pour être au calme et pour al vue . Résultat : pelleteuse et bulldozer ont travaillé toute la semaine de nos vacances , avec le bruit et la poussière donc impossible de se mettre dehors .Et surtout quand nous étions sur le balcon pour admirer la vue nous avons eu toute la semaine ces engins de chantier juste devant notre balcon ..... Autre sujet , une petite terrasse extérieure en plein soleil mais pas de parasol , et après demande au propriétaire il n'a pas prévu d'en mettre . et pour finir , la salle de bain de la chambre parentale n'était pas propre au niveau du bac à douche , joint jaune orangé .Les draps de chaque chambre comportait des poils et cheveux par endroit , pas nette ....idem pour les brosses à wc , de vilaines traces ..... Dommage , cela nous a gâché notre semaine de vacances tant attendu . Nous ne réitèrerons pas l'aventure sur ce chalet .
