"First Lady that helped us for check in was Amazing as well the barman !!… the rest of the staff needs some training in customer service specifically the lady at wellness area, very rude responding us when we were lost in our way to the pool."

"Perfect stay in the heart of the pedestrian street. Rooms are spacious and the restaurant is wonderful. Have a great breakfast, go for a hike, relax in the pool and sauna, have a lovely dinner and drinks on the patio. "

"I had an amazing stay. The room was exceptionally clean, and I really appreciated that you could choose your preferred pillow experience free of charge. The only downsides were that parking came at an additional cost and the staff were not always as friendly as I would have expected. Also, they should be more attentive about who enters the sauna area, as it’s supposed to be for guests aged 15 and above, but I often saw children there, which shouldn’t happen. Overall though, the views and entertainment were fantastic!
