Absolutely disgraceful only stayed 1 hour then gave the keys back

We would advise people to never ever use this company the villa and pool were filthy less than basic we would not have left our dogs in there.. please do not waste your hard earned money. Vile

Conforma à la description

Dans l’ensemble la maison de vacance répond à nos attentes , réactivité de l’équipe pour l’entretien de la piscine et autres… Maison très propre et agréable. Excepté une odeur nauséeuse dans la maison par moment dans la journée.

Pas de wifi ou presque pas.

Bon rapport qualité prix mais des petits points pas négatifs: Presque pas wifi ( donc pas de TV ou film les soirs ou le temps n'est pas très beau ). Pas de bouchon de bonde pour l'évier ( vaisselle un peu compliquée à faire mais on s'adapte ). Pas de grille de BBQ ( faut demander plusieurs fois avant d'avoir ) Le reste c'est bien endroit assez calme reposant . A refaire si amélioration du Wifi .

Maison mitoyenne mal équipée

La maison est située dans un lotissement d’une dizaine de maisons mitoyennes sans discrétion. La piscine était sale à notre arrivée et le ménage laisse à désirer. On ne capte pas le wifi à l’intérieur de la maison. Très peu et mal équipée: pas de lave vaisselle, literie sommaire, peu de vaisselle. La salle de bain parentale est minuscule et très humide sans aération. Bref, location très chère pour la qualité médiocre

Maison individuelle mais sans aucune intimité

Aucune intimité pour une maison individuelle avec piscine privée !! Le brise vue ne cache rien entre les autres maisons et les passants voient tout depuis la rue en raison du petit portail. Pas de lave vaisselle... Peu de vaisselle à disposition dont l’état est déplorable. Petite télé avec que des chaînes espagnoles. Connexion Wifi presque inexistante. Literie très moyenne. Rapport qualité prix pas du tout au Rdv ! Bref on est déçu par cette location pour le prix qu’on a payé

Presque parfait

La maison est un peu vieillissante et mériterait des petits travaux (mosaïques de piscine abîmée, grille de fenêtre cassée)et il y a trop peu de vaisselle pour 6pers , nous avons dû en racheter ! Sinon c’était une maison agréable où l’on s’est vite senti bien. Tout le domaine est entretenu et les plages magnifiquement aménagées. Un joli coin de nature sécurisant en cette periode de covid...

Mejorable

La atención es estupenda , sin ninguna queja pero en cuanto al chalet. El wifi es como no tener nada , como ellos dicen es compartido con otros chalets pero yo no tengo la culpa que en mi chalet de al lado 7 personas etc.. no puede poner se que hay wifi si luego no vale y encima en la zona hay mala cobertura de móviles. La piscina en mi caso con problemas y podría mejorarse su limpieza y en cuanto al aire acondicionado solo hay en el salón y sinceramente en la habitación de matrimonio calorrr

Horarios

En mi opinión son 4 días de los cuales solo he disfrutado 3 ya que el primer día el horario de entrada es a las 16:00h lo cual me parece excesivo ya que pago por un día y solo estoy medio día, lo mismo el día de la salida. Por lo demás el personal correcto y las instalaciones correctas.
