Two Bedroom Boutique Condo 2 Blocks from the Beach and Atlantic Avenue

Open the windows or enjoy sitting on the front balcony and hear the sounds of the waves. Our Two bedroom condo has queen size beds in each bedroom, central A/C and heating, ceiling fans, full kitchen, updated appliances including stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, cable TV, free wi-fi, in-unit washer/dryer Beach towels, additional dressing area in the master bedroom utility closet with mirror/vanity and sink and Beach-side Chair Service. There is one parking space and Beach access within 2 short blocks. Enjoy upscale shopping, dining, and entertainment just a few steps away on Atlantic Avenue in downtown Delray Beach. Condo overlooks a botanical court yard. Full of tourist attraction and romantic opportunities.

Guest will be provided starter amenities such as paper towels, bottled water, bathroom tissue, soap, shampoo, cleaning supplies, and garbage bags. Guest can settle in before picking up needed supplies. Iron and iron board, blow dryer, coffee maker, dishes/utensils, towels and linens. If you are looking for a great vacation in a great location, you found it!

Fantastic place!

We’ve stayed here twice now and must say it is our favorite place in Delray! Just a couple of blocks to the beaches and just over a block to Atlantic Avenue. Very clean, very well laid out and you can’t beat the location! Definitely no regrets!

Very clean, comfortable condo, very responsive owner when we needed assistance. Close walk to the Beach, in an upscale neighborhood and short walk to downtown. Would stay there again!

Apartment is in a great location and has everything you might need. Safe, quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the beach and Atlantic Avenue shops and restaurants. Internet was a little spotty while we were there but otherwise the stay was great.

Perfect location. lovely layout, comfy beds, beach chair and cabana membership.

Literally walk to everywhere-and a nice walk too. Very quiet, comes with parking, condo was spacious enough for up to 4 and an abundance of space for two. Large bathroom with great water pressure. Kitchen had everything you could want, large tv with streaming, beach membership so convenient-no hauling stuff back and forth. Owner very helpful and communicative. If this is available jump on it-we will definitely stay here again.

Great place in a great location!

We were on a Mother Daughter trip and the place worked great for us. It was quiet and comfortable and in a safe, walkable, pretty location. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach, the beach chair pass and the parking spot. We had everything we needed! Thank you!

Great Location and Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this cute 2 bedroom apartment in a great location. The unit was very clean and the owner responded quickly to all communications. There was only one key to the unit that we had to share all week. It would have been easier to have a keypad to access the unit.
