Fall in love with our 2-story Key West-inspired pet-friendly home and a rare gem in East Delray Beach!

Located just 1 mile from the beach. Within walking distance to Starbucks, Whole Foods, and Target. Less than ten minutes to the famous ''Avenue'' Atlantic Avenue with Delray's upscale shops, art galleries, and fine dining.

This home features an open floor plan, a stylish kitchen, a cozy living area, comfortable bedrooms, and great outdoor spaces! Close to everything!

Enjoy the comforts of home in our bright, charming, and modern home provides convenience and relaxation for your Delray Beach getaway! Perfect for a weekend in the city with the family, a couples getaway, or a business trip!

Sit and relax in the cozy living area or watch movies on the 65" Smart TV after a long day of sightseeing or working. Make your favorite meals in the fully-equipped kitchen that boasts curved European-design kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless appliances. It is fully stocked for most cooking needs.

Up the wood staircase is a spacious loft and the main bedroom that features a queen-sized bed, 50" TV, walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom that includes a spa-like ensuite bath featuring a Jacuzzi tub. The downstairs bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a 50" TV. There is a pull-out sofa bed and large futon in the loft (3rd bed) available for extra sleeping space.

Out through the two sets of French doors, enjoy and take a dip in the lush tropical oasis with sparkling non-heated pool, fire up the grill for an evening BBQ, or gather around by the firepit or at the poolside bar - this lovely home-away-from-home has everything you need for a comfortable stay!

An ensuite washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, and 2 driveway spaces are all provided for the guests to use!

*The person making the reservation must be 23 years old or older.

*Pets allowed. Maximum of 2 small pets, weighing up to less than 20 lbs each. No pets on furniture pls. Note: A $150 non-refundable pet fee will be collected for guests who will bring pets. Your pets are welcome to stay with you inside and out. Pet owners are asked to keep after their pet's waste and clean up messes in and out. Thanks!

*We have no fence around the pool so it’s imperative you supervise children the entire time.

*Please note: The loft area (serves only as a 3rd bedroom) has a large futon.

*There are no windows or blinds in the loft area.

We stayed here to be in close proximity to my parents for a special birthday. The house was clean, bedding was comfortable, and the kitchen had what we needed to eat in for some of our meals. Thank you to our host Michael who was a pleasure to communicate with if needed.

Communication not the best

The initial check in process did not go well. I tried contracting the owner several times to see if we could get in early but not response until 15 min before check in. Finally got the code 1 min before 4 even though we were sitting in the driveway with our dog for a 1/2 hr with no one at the house. Finally upon check in the cleaning was not very good. Towels left in the dryer toilet not flushed and pool was cloudy. Was told the dishwasher could not be used with no explanation. NO attempt to fix or repair. Somewhat of an inconvenience.Overall the property was nice and quiet the location was great except the neighborhood wasn't the greatest.The property description was accurate except there is no shower upstairs and therefore only one bathroom downstairs to take one. If you have a large group that could be a problem.

Good property in a good location. Quiet neighborhood. Older home with mature trees that gives the pool area privacy. Could use some updating, but overall a much better option than a hotel. Our family would stay again!

Decent house

The house is exactly as the pictures. Lot's of positives and a couple of small negatives. The kitchen was great with everything we needed to cook and eat in. Beds were extremely comfortable. Nice backyard with pool and plenty of comfortable chairs. We had a small issue with check in as I could not get in touch with the host but finally was sent the code to the front door about 15 minutes past check in time. No big deal... The few small negatives were the TVs were smart tvs and we could not watch the news nor sports which we like to do and while the neighborhood is conveniently located close to many things, it certainly was not in one of the nicer areas of Delray Beach. Close enough to drive to Atlantic Ave area but a very blue collar neighborhood. This home was one of the nicest but situated near car dealerships and apartment buildings.
