Spacious 3-bed townhouse, walk to Atlantic Ave

Enjoy your time in the heart of Delray Beach, in this spacious 2 story, 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse! The main level bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is also a queen sized pull out sleeper sofa in the living room and a bathroom with shower on the main level! The second floor hosts 2 bedrooms. The primary bedroom has 2 queen beds and entrance to the shared master bathroom. The secondary bedroom has 1 queen and 1 twin bed, along with a desk with leather chair, for your work from home needs. Both bedrooms have huge closests! Perfect for long term stays! The large bathroom has double sinks, a stand alone shower & a bathtub/shower combo. We also have 2 fold out floor mattresses with all bedding! Great for children!
We have smart TVS in all 3 of our bedrooms & living room too! Full sized washer & dryer. Laundry soap is provided. Kitchen is fully equipped? Pots, pans , dishes, utensils, keurig and regular coffee makers ( coffee & coffee pods provided) blender & hair dryer. 1G internet with modem in property for all of your streaming and work from home needs! We provide , beach towels, beach chairs, & beach umbrella.
2 assigned parking spaces are included! Extra guest parking on premises if needed. The city of Delray Beach offers FREE golf cart rides to and from the property to many of our local restaurants, shops & the the beach! Simply download the Freebee app and order your FREE ride! This is such an amazing service that your whole family will love and enjoy !

Well equipped property

The inside of this property was well stocked, the beds super comfy and the whole place is very clean. The pictures are exactly what you will see when you enter. The outside however was disappointing. While it’s true that it’s a mile away from popular Atlantic Ave, the immediate surroundings seemed run down. I’ll say that the host was super responsive and easy to deal with.

Our new go-to spot when in Delray

This townhouse is wonderful. I highly recommend. The host is fabulous, super attentive and responsive. Great location. Less than a mile to Atlantic Ave. The freebee shuttle is super convenient. We definitely plan on staying here whenever we return to the area.
