This newly renovated 2 bed/2 bath cottage is located in the sought out area of downtown Delray Beach. With just a short walk to the well known Atlantic Ave to enjoy one of the many restaurants or boutiques it has to offer or a quick bike ride to our beautiful white sandy beaches this location will not disappoint! Excellent stay as always

Colene does an excellent job in creating a beautiful house in which to stay. She and the property manager are easy to reach and gracious. We’ve been at this house several times and we re always very comfortable staying here.

Perfect for our family

Had a great stay for a week. Everything needed was at our fingertips. Location was perfect. Publix grocery in walking distance as was the 15 min stroll to Atlantic Ave and beach access. Plenty of restaurants and bars also in walking or driving distance.

Wonderful stay

We’ve stayed in several rentals in Delray. None could compare to Colene’s. The house had everything we could possibly need and it was spotless. Both Colene and the property manager were very responsive when we had some questions and ensured that we were satisfied. In fact, we liked it so much that we booked again in the spring!

Beautiful clean downtown home!

My mom, daughter and myself were in town visiting family and had a great time! The place is even better than pictures. It is very clean and has everything you would need. Publix is very close by for groceries, and downtown Delray and the beach are a very short drive. We really enjoyed our stay!

Birthday Trip

The 3 of us had a great time. We had a few hiccups but Colene was quick to respond. The house if very nice and the beds are super soft. If we travel to Delray Beach again we will definitely check to see if this home is available.

Exceptional

The house was more beautiful than the listing. Colene was there to greet us and show us around the house. Colene is more than just a superhost. She has made this home very comfortable and everything you could possibly need is there for you. The decor is exceptional, filled with lovely and comfortable furniture to make the home warm and cozy. It is only a 10 minute walk to Atlantic Avenue where all the wonderful restaurants, boutiques and entertainment are there. The best stay ever in Delray. Thank you Colene for everything.

Delray Stay

I brought my family of five to Delray for a week and we’re very comfortable at this property. We had a rental car so going back and forth to the beach was easy with the children. Active teens and adults could do the walk but if you have little kids and no car this could be a challenge. This is also a twin house so if you’re planning to party late into the night this might not be the best place for that. If you need a clean well maintained home at a reasonable price this is a great choice.

Centrally located well decorated Delray property

We stayed at this very well decorated, comfortable and well equipped home during the Christmas holidays and we are pleased to report that our experience was satisfying. The home is within walking or short driving distance to shopping and sightseeing locations. Kelley, the property manager, was very hospitable and responsive to our needs.
