PET-FRIENDLY

Dogs are welcome with prior approval and an additional pet fee. All pets must be disclosed and approved before arrival. Undisclosed pets are subject to an additional fee.

The home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood with families and elderly people so quiet hours are from 10pm-9am everyday!

Winter Pool Heating Expectations:
During November through March, cooler weather and cold fronts may affect pool temperatures. Our pool heater is designed to raise the water temperature up to 25°F warmer than the current outdoor temperature and to a maximum of 82°F. This means that during unusually colder days, the pool heating may not reach optimal heated temperatures. We always do our best to provide comfortable swimming conditions when weather permits.
