Cozy cottage in the heart of downtown Delray Beach. Exactly a block over from Pineapple Grove, this cottage is located on Swinton Avenue. Walking distance from everything downtown Delray Beach has to offer such as the restaurants, bars, and the beach. This space features an open modern design which includes a kitchen, two bathrooms, three queen sized beds, two folding sofa beds, a projector with screen, and a shared outside fenced patio area. Two parking spaces are available. Open to long term
