First and foremost, this is a beautiful property with a great spool/spa, pool deck, outdoor grill, and great access to the water if you are in to that. we rented a boat for the week and it completed the whole vacation and gave us access to all the intercoastal water ways. The master suite was amazing but the one item I wish we would have looked into a little more is the bathroom situation was less than ideal for two families. I would have expected there to be another master bedroom with a bathroom in the room but there was not and we had the house with two families. Also one of the other bedrooms I don't think was an actual bedroom. it was a room with a wet bar that seemed to me was a dining room that was converted to a bedroom. it was odd. The kitchen was amazing and had all kinds of cooking utensils and spices left over from previous guests which was extremely helpful....the one area we found strange was there wasn't a toaster (there was a toaster oven) and there was something like a cheese grater but there were about 85k knives. Another item that was a little odd was the owner had portraits and pictures of their family and kids in the great room and also in the master suite which we felt was a little creepy for a VRBO.
The check in process was smooth but the previous guests didn't check out on time so we couldn't access the home until a couple hours after check in time which was really inconvenient. However, the property manager, was amazing.
