My daughter and I spent 4 nights at the Waterloo during our recent visit to Dublin. Great location with easy access to transit, clean and quiet, great staff. Beautiful decor. Highly recommended.

During our six nights stay, we're provided with only two rolls of toilet paper, one of which was already partially used. Although I visited the front desk to request a replacement- and promptly corrected the room number after an initial error- the items were never delivered, eventually forcing my husband to use the facilities in the lobby. While the hotel is clean and ideally located, the lack of attention to basic room essentials was very disappointing. Our stay was September 8 to the 14th this year.

"We are a pair of seniors and we had a room with a king sized bed which had no access from the sides. This did not work well for us and there was not another room available. Had I known this we would not have stayed there despite all of the other very positive aspects."
