"Be aware that there is on street parking that requires a permit from the city of Wilmington. Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work.The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery. No cost but need proof of renting the space. The GPS sent you down a one way street that does not bring by the front of the property. This was a problem finding the property after dark. "Very friendly staff and the dinner I had at the restaurant was delicious. I would suggest that the bathroom in the room I stayed in is in need of renovation. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and the location was great."

"We had a wedding down the street and chose the Sheraton for our stay. Nice, clean, cozy and spacious room. It was very convenient to walk to and from the wedding. We found a parking garage within walking distance and another family member found parking on the street - which was free on the weekend. "
