"Leaky faucet makes dripping sound entire night in the bathroom. one of the elevator was not functioning properly, stops at the floor with some jerk and uneven to the floor. Knob in the bathroom came off which they fixed it. Other than dripping sound, quiet night. "

"Very small indoor pool. Was there for a baseball tournament and young children before our group checked in evidently were Roddy that resulted in the management not allowing our children to use the facilities."

"Arrived early to see about an early check in. The receptionist, barely spoke above a whisper, couldn't hear her. Asked for my ID, then proceeded to ask me if I paid by a one time use card (not sure what that means), Gave her my credit card. Ran the credit card. Then asked what type of room I booked (after it was already confirmed etc). I was then told that they didn't have my room, it was booked. I told her to refund me and I would find another Hotel. She then told me that she didn't know how to refund me. After about 20 min, her not being able to reach her Manager I was credited. I travel a lot and stay at all different types of facilities. I also never do reviews. If you are ever staying in the area, I would suggest staying in the Bridgewater / Branchburg Area. We wound up at the Marriott on Rt 202. A million times better in every aspect."

"Our bed had hair in it and our toilet was clogged. I can’t understand how a room can be cleaned without realizing the toilet was clogged. Besides those two issues which the staff fix immediately our stay was good! Breakfast was excellent! The bar and restaurant and bar on location is awesome. Overall a good stay. It would have been a great staff if it wasn’t for those two issues."
