Staff was wonderful. Area is great. Breakfast and downstairs cafe were great. Easy to get uber. Place is tired and I would liken it to a Best Western. No insulation or double paned windows, so it can be noisy.

"Fantastic hotel in heart is Taxco. Great views and older historic feel. Stay away from the rooms by the pool (only a few rooms) which were loud. But overall very charming historic and well run property. Will go back for sure!"
