"Rental was just perfect for our family Christmas! Joanna was more than accommodating and excellent to work with! She even came up with the folding chairs we needed for Christmas dinner! The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you need and more! Highly recommend and will definitely return if we are back in Toledo! "

"I want to start by saying that i have given ample time for the owner to get back with me about partial refund for my stay. The listing atates that it is a 3 br 1 bath home this is inaccurate. It is a 2 br 1.5 bath duplex.When we arived the water smelled horrible. It was a very strong sulfer smell like rotten eggs. I contacted her right away.this took 5 days to fix. In the mean time were were buying bottled water to brush our teeth and showering at family house. The internet went out on day two...
