"The house was loaded with lady bugs, and more importantly mice. The pull out couch, the futon, and drawers/cabinets were littered with mice poop. Which left 2 beds unusable...Additionally, the lawn/home outside was poorly groomed with chopped up bottles and long grass clippings left… which was disappointing since we wanted to enjoy the yard. "I booked online for me, my mom and my daughter. It was supposed to be 2 full size beds when I submitted it, when we arrived there was only 1 king bed. Which eventually it wasn’t the end of the world. We initially called the number and Maureen answered and said she would call and see if someone would switch, but we ended up telling her it was fine. We ended up calling back because the AC wasn’t working and Maureen said the AC was broken and they don’t “make people aware of it”, even though online...
