"We enjoyed our stay over a long weekend in October. This location worked well as a home base for meeting our college kids from Northern and Tech, and exploring the Munising and AuTrain areas. The house was clean and looked as presented in the listing. I would have appreciated a kitchen table and chairs for meals or board games, but overall the cabin was cozy and met our needs."

"This is a great central location for the upper peninsula. The house is great and super pet friendly. Fenced in yard for the dogs, was great. Quick response for host, when asked a question. Great house located near Lake Superior. Northwoods Outpost just down the road, im walking distance. They had great pizza, coffees, and ice cream. Would definitely rent out again, when I go back up there. House has a great open floor plan. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great. Was a great experience."

"Cute, basic cabin in a nice quiet area. Love that it's pet friendly. Be warned that vrbo directions take you down a gravel road - that's wrong! It's easy to get to once you know where it is. :) Hreat location for exploring Pictured Rocks"

"We loved our stay!! It required us to disconnect from the hustle of every day life as there is no wifi. We watched movies, sat by a fire, walked across the street and looked for Northern lights, and went on excursions. It was nothing fancy, but exactly as described. Fridge is small, and main bed is smaller than what we are used to, but we made it work. This was an adult only trip, but our kids would have loved the upstairs."
