About this property

Farm house close to lake and public hunting land but yet far away for privacy !

  • This house is all one level house with a huge deck for grilling or relaxing! It sits on top of a hill with big shade trees and pretty views of farm lands. It sits on 60 acres with walking paths and fire pit for enjoying sitting by the fire looking at stars! It has 2 king size beds in one bedroom and a living room converted to a Bunk house with two full on twin beds. There is a 75 inch T.V in main room and tv's in every room with internet and movie apps . We are 15 minutes from Clinton [for groceries] and 8 minutes away from Buck Saw Marina and 17 minutes from long shoal Marina ! If you are looking for privacy but close to the lake this is it! We also have public hunting land less then 5 minutes away if you are planning a hunting trip. Pets have plenty of room to run around also!
